Everyone does have a unique situation, just like healing a fresh tattoo everyone is different.

I checked the list of recommended reading and picked up the candida cure today. Burned through the first half and have a better grasp on the task at hand now.Also got a oregano and olive leaf supplement and am feeling better than I have in weeks.

Truthfully I was worried that people wouldn't be very open or helpful so thank you for your help. These online forums can be tricky as text takes the emotion out of a conversation leaving one open to taking things the wrong way easily... Hopefully that can be avoided in the spirit of community!
