Dont see a regular doc, they are useless usually. Yes a Chinese medicine doc would be a good start. No one here is a doc, usually they are just gonna tell you stuff they read from another person that read it from somewhere...get my point. You never know the sources reliability either.

so besides basic advice don't jump into anything. If you feel better with diet, that's a pretty good sign to explore that path further.
