It's even more sinister, because if you JUST drink water with AF and never use Sea Salt , you make the AF worse because the poor potassium/sodium balance of the cell is thrown off even further. Apparently you need the sodium to get the water where it needs to go or you'll be forever dehydrated and borderline psychopathic.
