I totally agree... salt IS really important for AF. A pinch in every glass of water. I read, somewhere, I think Wilson's AF, the 21st century stress syndrom, that it was recommended to put a pinch of unprocessed salt in every glass of water. And if you feel your self draggin' it's time for some salted water.
