Hello my name is Luke I am a tattoo artist from eastern Washington.
Last month I got really sick from who knows what (sinus and upper respiratory infection) and ended up having to take Antibiotics . Also I got so sick i quit smoking. However because I quit smoking I put on a few pounds(like 15) and started eating a lot of junk.

Pretty soon I started getting really sick at work while tattooing, to the point where I would have to go lay down for a few hours and or be wiped out for a few days. To describe the sickness it's like a dizziness with light and sound sensitivity,also when it is really strong I can't move my head very fast without discomfort.
I don't drink or do drugs I have a coffee in the morning. Have spent a lot of money on doctors to tell me to eat better and get more exercise(that does help.... But the symptoms are still there)
Also I have a crusty redness that grows on my upper lip and on the sides of my nose, doctors say it's a fungus I will have for the rest of my life?

Since I have cut out sugars(overt and covert) I'm feeling better, my question is what more can I do?

So many conflicting suggestions online and I'm tired of spending money with no results...."you need to eat better and get more exercise. That will be 250 dollars please" I already knew that!
