You know this post brings something to mind that I have been thinking alot about lately. With me being a Bariatric patient, I have to get loads of protein into my diet. I have to eat some protein in every meal, therefore, I have assumed it would be almost impossible to become a vegetarian. Do you know if this is true or not?
