I wouldn't worry about it making you go. It won't give you diariah or anything. As long as you are going on #1, then add #2, but most importantly, you need to drink all the water!!!!!!! I found that it was good to stay home because I had to pee dringk all the recommended water. It wasn't a poop issue. I went like 2 times a day, and was fine, never huge urgancy.
