From what I have learned - a kidney cleanse might aggravate your kidneys. First try the Glandulars as they are less harsh - and you see improvement pretty quickly (within a few days) and naturally.

I have had severe kidney failure - so I have been doing a lot of research to find answers to my conditions naturally - because what they give you from the prescription meds - are toxic.

Yes - aluminum is very heard on kidneys.
