Land/homes have already been taken in recent mortgage scam, that scam was 10-15 years in the planning.

Haven't you noticed the surge of homeless across USA???
It will get worse in 2011 and after...

they may use a foreign or UN army. or a bunch of men who have no individual identity, only military group identity.

some military recruiters told me they were ordered to specifically look for amoral men who show bloodlust, eagerness and willingness to kill on command, to recruit them, mark thier records as killers, and put them on the front lines.

I agree, neighbors will be important in the up coming future. God and relationship with God, will be more important.
