Raw organic juicing for 2-3 months. There is no other way to detoxify fully. It also happens to be the best way to alkalize also because you can drink 4-5 quarts of green juice a day during this time.

I also believe it is the foundation to health, so focusing on anything else is just a bandaid. If you want true health, you are going to have to fully detoxify your body first and that includes real alkalizing.

Keep in mind, no matter how much you think you've detoxed, everyday you are faced with toxic chemicals and even the healthiest cooked foods is full of toxins, so with that in mind, drinking only organic juice for 3 months straight and being able to be fully detoxed is actually a miracle.
