thanks for the reply! that is very interesting!
for my last flush I didnt drink any olive oil, I just did a coffee enema with a castor oil pack. I still released a lot of brown sludge and crushed up material.
I had strong sensations in the liver area in the days before when I was using the Livatrex. So I think it must be a pretty good supplement to use. I also read in the instructions that it claims to clear the liver and gallbladder even without flushing with oil but it takes considerably longer.
If others try it please share your experience!
