I've been doing what you've suggested (carrying on as I normally am, not getting involved with the issues and all that), just good to hear some confirmation.

My diet is good and disciplined - the only thing I have that you've mentioned is rice (brown rice). Is this a definite no? Any ideas on what to replace this with so that I don't lose weight?

Also, what is a polyene?
