some people have really excellent results with the b12 shots, and you are one of them!!!

double good on you for being proactive and trying new things.

JFK, if you didn't know, had addison's disease, and was quoted as saying that without b12 shots he never would have been able to achieve the presidency.

might i suggest raw beef or raw beef liver or raw clams.
