Keep on flusing!

Bgone above suggests Clark's flush to the t. I would agree that one should due it to the t, but keep in mind that many people in this forum, including myself, have discovered is that one can tweak this protocol as one gains experience with the flush and they discover more about how their body will react to this powerful detoxifier. You may consider making some changes as your journey progresses.

In my experience, I cannot eat anything after 2pm as Clark states. I cannot do over 1/2 cup of oil, in my case olive oil. It doesn't matter what kind of oil you use, it is the fat that you are after. it is the fat that makes the gallbladder contract. having said that, some people go to different oils because they tolerate them better. The oil has done its job within about twenty minutes as that is when it is secreted into the duodenum. by the time you throw up, typically it doesn't matter in relation to the actual mechanism of the flush itself. I've found that the vomit typically is mostly bile and likely toxin laden. I would consider doing five or six ounces of Classic Coke with the 1/2 cup of oil along with a few ounces of lemon juice. Add the lemon juice to the oil first to help emulsify it, that is key. Thoroughly mix the lemon juice in with the oil and wisk it for several minutes or better yet put it in a jar and shake it like the Clark method suggests. Then, add the Coke and blend that in. Drink it as fast as is reasonable. You may consider adding a teaspoon of mashed ginger. You can buy good quality organic mashed ginger in jar. That definitely helps with nausea. Since I've been doing those things, I haven't been nauseaous since and my flushes are just as good as before I tweaked my routine.
