It is not the ingredients of the Liver Flush that are the problem, they in themselves are innocuous enough. It is the bodily reactions, that these combined ingredients cause, that can be very dangerous for people with real gallstones.

Contracting the gallbladder can force a real gallstone to lodge in the bile duct, this leads to emergency surgery, and if untreated can lead to death. The people promoting these flushes do not have any care or responsibility for the health of others, so if you end up in the ER, they are not going to be the ones who pay your medical bills, or compensate you for the loss of your gallbladder, or health.

There are ways of dissolving gallstones, without the need for these flushes, and the potential dangers they entail. Do your research, learn about the anatomy of the body, and how it works.

There are also ways of changing your diet, and lifestyle, which will go a long way in preventing gallstones, in the first incident, and prevention is always better than trying some dodgy protocol, to try and cure yourself.
