I had problems with psyllium when I used it and I tried it several times in different doses to try and adjust with no luck.

I normally do a colema because I don't have the funds for a colonic. If you can afford a colonic, have one done. Otherwise try a series of warm water enemas and see what comes out.

When I do them I start out with two cups of water and work my way up to 4 cups. If you can hold it in, massage your abdomen to help get things moving.

Use filtered or distilled water.
