Melody it sounds like you are depleted in electrolytes. I don't know if you can find a "organic" electrolyte drink, but I would stay away from the commercial brands you can buy in the regular supermarket. they are junk and loaded with bad sugars. Maybe someone here can help in recommending something to do the job.
