Whenever I am looking for a real good recipe I go to the foodnetwork.com and look for the barefoot contessa, giada, emeril or bobby flay. Here is a page of recipes on prime rib:

Now being you cannot have dessert can you have some nice garlic bread and assorted veggies serves with a delicious dip? I love baked potatoes with broccoli and then some cheddar cheese on top. Simply bake the potatoes and then steam the broccoli. Split open the potato, add in some butter, salt and pepper. Layer the broccoli on top and add the shredded cheese ( can be any cheese) I just love Fontina but it is expensive. Place under the broiler for a few minutes and wallah you are in instant heaven.
