Hi,

I was just wondering if there are any posts on wound healing? It would be great to know what to do in advance such as cayenne and slippery elm. I cut myself pretty bad and ended up getting stitches, at the time I did not know to even try cayenne. It would be great to have the knowledge in advance and also the supplies!
