You would make your problem incredibly worst. Honey has been excluded from every candida diets known to man. It is pure sugar. (This is confirmed by most yeast syndrome specialists including Trowbridge, Truss, Crook, Zoltan Rona, Crandall, Galland, Sherry Rogers). It may help some for unknown reasons. These people may have other help problems which respond to honey. The effect may also due to placebo effect. Some religions are advocating honey for its healing properties. Religious credo may induce very srong beliefs which may explain a lot of things especially when it comes to why some people would try to convince people about honey healing properties.
