I learned that I need 20 "OO" caps of Epsom Salts per each of the four doses. Im male and weigh about 190 pounds. I experimented with 17 each dose and I didn't get any runny bowel movements, so I upped the doses. I'm sure the amounts of caps each of us needs is very dependent on our weight and individual body chemistry as well.

I too got out a stool shaped and sized cluster of about 50 pea sized green stones on my fourth flush. Tripped me out big time. Each flush I've done has been quite different from the last. Its definitely an interesting process and it intrigues the heck out of me. I love it.
