raw milk containds excellent bacteria both lacto n bifido more lacto than bifido tho. the milk sticks to ur gut walls better than anything it makes a coating allowing bacteria to adhere. it also is high in lactoferrin which kills fungi. try to add honey to yoghurts, raw milks, raw cheeses. try off slowely as it causes die off...

almond butter sounds nice, try add it into probiotic milk shake to coat more of ur intestines. after all milk was the way our intestines were coated in good in the firs place no?
