I agree. I'm dealing with that right now from my fourth liver flush. I thought it was not very successful because I got few stones. But I know I definitely stirred things up. The day after the flush I was more hypersensitive to odors and mold than usual. And I'm sure the candida was flaring up too. So even with no stones, I know it did something. I can't do colonics but I did continue with the Bowel Cleanse I've been doing so as to keep things moving along. It's good advice to do the colonics or enemas and drink lots of water to flush things along.

Don't be discouraged about feeling badly after a flush. I look at it as a good sign.
