Yeah im looking to get some iodine. Can anybody suggest a good Iodine supplement? I mean real good stuff, closet to natural. Im going to see if this helps my thyroid.

Can someone have trouble gaining weight with a slow thyroid? All ive heard of is gaining weight while your thyroid is slow. Im very skinny and have a hard time gaining. Yet I only have 1 bowel movement every 3-5 days.
