Thank you so much for all the information. I never thought that my cycle headaches might also be related to my colon, very helpful info! I think for now I will hold off on the female formula and try some of your other suggestions first. Then I can try it on my order next month if I need to. I am starting a Juice Fast today along with a Liver Flush then I will go my Kidney Flush as well next week. I will see how this helps the migraines as well.

Yes I too am thrilled with the way this protocol has been helping my migraines. In answer to your question about the meds the only migraines I am really counting are the ones where I have taken meds such as narcotics or imitrex for them. So 3x's in November and 3x's in December...which is FANTASTIC! I have had migraines and tension headaches other times during the month but they have not escalated to the point where I needed to take meds for them. Sometimes the cayenne does work and also I have been trying the reflexology. So I only count when the natural stuff does not work and I have to take medication...to me those are the only ones that really matter! For example yesterday I had one I did a Coffee-Enema in the am, then cayenne/brain formula later and did some reflexology and it went away eventually. Perhaps I can start counting how many I actually have in a month and see how those numbers are.
