I take one pill a day at 250mg...I wanted more energy and I definitely got it...but I don't want it at the expense of my thyroid...my morning cortisol came in at 13..which I'm guessing is normal. (but I've heard blood cortisol testing can be unreliable)

also, my free T3 and T4 are within the normal range (supposedly)...

I guess I'll find out in a couple weeks when I retest...
