I believe this person also used antifungals too. Don't forget the Caprylic acid, like I said it does help. Also Xyitoil toothpaste is good to because when you are on this diet your body loses a lot of things.The diet has been known to affect the teeth, at least it did mine. I would look to fish oil or flaxseed oil too for putting oils in the body,sometimes the skin will be dry after eliminating certain foods and oils. I would take a multiple vitamin too if I were you. If you use sugar there is a certain sugar on the market called Stevia is supposed to be good for a sugar subsitute.

Visit some of the sites for the Candia diet like Bee's she knows a lot. Like I said start slow and just build on it, are you sure your smell is fecal though? Just checking, just in case.

Some of us really sure be careful with our surroundings too as far as the air we breath, for instance those who live in certain areas in CA they have a lot of smog which is why many people have respiratory ailments because of it.
