Hey Rock,
I just had the very initial consult and really didn't get the whole list of questions I had answered. At the initial consult with digital radiography and explanation of the results, perio-charting, etc he stated he would draw up a treatment plan for me and mail it to me along with dental material samples which I requested even down to the local anesthetics so that I could be tested for compatibility. I have received the treatment plan in the mail with estimated fees. The dentist said once you receive the treatment plan I know you will have more questions so you can come back in and we will discuss them. There is no fee for this follow up. I had a lot more questions during the initial exam that I didn't get answered, but will pursue more when I go back. I will ask about the adjustments.
In my region this dentist and his partner's name has come up by professionals and people I have talked with. I have heard some say that the fee for bridge or partial included adjustments. I will have to confirm when I return.
