I think a person has to consider how much of a problem a person has with stones and sludge. A person in gall systen crisis, according to Hulda Clark , has a choice of trying to flush out the congestion or having their gall bladder removed. They are in a life threatening situation as the buildup of bile adsorbed into the body is very poisonous.
