inhave read it restores good bacteria as well, i know ginger does which is relaated to turmatric.
how i feel when i take it..at first ok then after a week really weak like i just wantbto lie in bed. when i stand up i feel weak and like my heart is pounding too fast.
there seems to be so many positive reports i really want to give it more of a go..but the effect on me is so bad i just don't know about more
