I love this DR Mercola..the reason I love him is that he give the latest research information and if there is new information out there he will come back and tell you their is a new way of research that is important for your information.

We use Himalayan S. Salt all the time. I got an H.S.Salt Inhaler for my husband and he was able to get rid of 3 of his chemical inhalers.. the Dr.s are still confused over this .. We use it in all our foods.. we detox in the soak bath.. and we give it to our dogs.. their coats have gotten a more vibrant color sense using it..and tho' we have a wonderful spring water.. they will drink more of the H.S.Salt water then the regular well water..
