I am so sorry that you've had this experience. Surviving such a "relationship" is a long-term effort.

The first thing to keep in mind is that you cannot help this person, you cannot reason with this person, and you will never be able to enjoy honesty from this person. She is, from your description, someone who fits the profile of a sociopath.

You fell in lust with this woman, not "love." Sex is one of the most powerful tools in the sociopath's arsenal, and they only MIRROR the actions and reactions of their source targets.

The only way that you will ever be able to heal, move on, and recognize a healthy relationship when it comes along is to maintain NO CONTACT with her. That means blocking her numbers, emails, text messages, and all social networking accounts. This is a very difficult commitment and there will be moments of doubt and weakness as you start your journey

I suggest that you visit a website that was constructed and is maintained by a survivor of a sociopath who lost nearly everything as a result of her association: http://www.lovefraud.com.

Best wishes to you.
