So yellow urine is a good thing?!? I felt healthier and more alive when my urine was always clear colored. Now I have a lot of water retention and i am not urinating enough due to a slow thyroid. So basically mine is yellow because it is sitting in my bladder for days. And yes I drink plenty of water. Or I could have an infection. All I know is something is wrong with me that I am trying to figure it out. Whether it be candida, parasites, or AF. All I know is I used urinate more and digest better before my urine was this yellowed colored. Guess we are all different
