great info thanks flowerchild59, its a pity i dont drive or i would go and look for the stuff today, i live 15-20 miles away from the nearest health food shop so its not easy to get there, 1 1/2 hours there and back on a bus, and to be honest while im off work and only on ssp, i cant really afford it, so i will have a look at a slightly later date, thanks again, i will look at the dates, figure out when im off work regarding those 3 dates. and make sure everything is going well before that.
