March 20th is the first day of spring and march 14 is the full moon and the 29th is the new moon and any of those days would be great to flush on. Actually, any day that you flush is good, it's just that the new and moon times are more beneficial to getting out stones. I try to flush with the summer and winter soltice and with the changing seasons.
A detox tea that I used I obtained from the health food store. It was already prepared. I just tried to drink it two or three times a day and drink lots of fluids and I recovered from my gb surgery nicely.
It was the three months later that I discovered how cogested my liver was and about 6 months after my original surgery I finally started to flush due to pain, diarrhea and severe heartburn. I have completed 19 flushes in 3 years and have gotten out thousands of stones bigger than a lentil bean.
Psyllium is easily obtained from the health food store. I take a spoon of it daily mixed with water and diluted juice. It helps keep my bowels moving well and helps to absorb toxins.
