But he is right. Opposing, differing or variation on a theme are not welcome there. It lugol's or nothing. My days are numbered. I was chided because I was drinking my Lugol's throughout the day in apple cider vinegar and honey. No need to make it fancy. There is a lack of creativity and no appreciation for others that explore different protocols. I found that my body craved it when taken with the ACV tonic.

They were responsible for me taking iodine but it clearly is meant for beginners, not old timers.

They hit the delete button often, don't kid yourself.
