So I took someone's advice on these forums. I forgot who it was exactly but they said to put Kefir into peanut butter so it would stick in your intestines? well, Instead I decided to use almond butter and big chunky plain cultured Acidolpholus chunks and HOLY CRAP! I woke up this morning. My tongue is completely pink and I feel fine. Try this!!! OMG it works people.
