Oh good! I was hoping you'd appear. I will listen now and go get some natural c... I take triphalla so I'm getting amla every day... Although, I just pooped out one of them whole. Will you tell me what brand of triphalla you like please. Also, what natural c would be the most compatible with someone who has digestive issues, is sensitive to anything sweet and has Candida?
