when i feel my liver draining, like at night, i immediately have a progressive ease of pressure away from my head. that's why i believe cleansing the gallbladder is important, because it clears out the toxins in the blood. the pressure release, for me, starts with my esophagus, which causes me to feel the need to swallow, then my neck glands shrink, then my teeth feel better, then my sinuses shrink. i was surprised the first time it happened. so over time you can see how this type of pressure can cause problems from the torso, up to the head.
