Ah no I'm a bit new to this to be honest, I've just done a lot of research! I've ordered malic acid, chanca piedra, a castor oil pack and soon gentian root (all from cheaper places than SH as I'm too poor lol) to accompany flushes, more exercise and a better diet :)

Hopefully it should pay off!!
