i have tried cutting out carbonated drinks and mostly succeded, i drink water or juice at work, but i still drink alcohol, thats not something i really want to give up at this time, so i do drink lemonade as a mixer. can you recommend a cheapish easy kidney cleanse? can i drink while on it? because its my birthday in a week and drinks the following weekend, if i cant drink on it (seems reasonable) i'll wait until after then, then once thats finished start o the liver flush. the diet bit, well not just yet, with not being able to eat many fats for over a year, im not eating great, but once i have the treats out of the way i do intend to, but life's full of good intentions and i'll get there in the end, might be ttc this year so i want to get myself on track before then, it will be a lot easier to keep to if i know its for the health of a baby!!!
