Wow, I'm sorry to hear that your situation still isn't clear. May I ask how long you've had your problem? What other symptoms are you having?

I took about 15g of Luf. three times over the course of about 9 weeks. To me, that just sets the stage for the other parts to work. The miconozole I would hold in my mouth for about thirty minutes and the last dose, I would hold in my mouth for about 30 minutes right before bed. So essentially it was in my mouth and system all night. Then I would wake up, rinse my mouth with Orithrush D, 30 minutes later I would have my kefir, brush my teeth again, then dose again with miconozole. Rough schedule... but it worked. The hardest part was getting my bowels prepared honestly. Once I could get nutrition to hold, the rest became much easier.
