I have done 2 Liver Cleanses including Epson salt. I have tolerated it well. The secret to it is, use a juice e.g. best is grape fruit. I mixed 4 table spoons in 4 glasses of Grapefruit. I did the same with the olive oil in a shaker. Alternate to grapefruit is apple juice. Good luck
