If you scroll down the guy list lots and lots of foods. he also mentions about meats but I'm not sure if he mentions any types but he does mention meats. Infact his comments continue very far on the page. Some people who tried the diet said it worked for them, one guy in particular said it didn't work for him. but the majority of the people said the diet did eliminate their fecal odors.
