Hi, really sorry to hear about your negative experiences with HMD, maybe its due to the higher level of toxification in your body as you had many more Amalgams than me? I agree that you should use the Cutler protocol based on what you have felt from HMD, better to be safe than sorry, please let me know how the cutler protocol works out for you

Personally I felt very minimal side effects initially and progressively less over time, I dont take it anymore I did a 3 month phase of detox and havent started again. If i detox again (which I would like to) then I think I will use the cutler protocol and detox for maybe a year solid, mainly because my concern is detox from the brain and having that peace of mind for the future. I occasionally get vertigo and dizziness and still do so maybe that could be linked and will improve with Cutler chelation.

Maybe the lesson learned here is the HMD protocol is suitable for people with a lower level of mercury toxification? Or maybe the HMD is not as beneficial as it claims and I have been fortunate (or not as I may discover in time?). Who knows? Such a mine field! I have had some positive benefits from my detox so I can only say positive things but over time I will know more how my symptoms develop up or down?
