Hmm well i took the tablets for maybe 2 days , basically i think the tablets completely stopped my acid secretion or something as i had rotten smelling burps and gas for 2 days along with bloating and stomach cramps.When i finally did go to the toilet 24 hours after i started taking them the waste that came out was completely undigested food.

When i stopped the tablets my digestion went back to it's regular state.Take the tablets if you must but i still think the best way to do it is boil the raw herbs down for an hour into a concentrated liquid like you are supposed to.Obviously some people don't like the taste so not so many do it this way anymore.
