Thanks Southern Belle. I read something there that may have rung the bell.

"mental attitude, stress, suppression, negative thoughts, fear, lack of love, lack joy."

This all seemed to start the last few years before my retirement from my career. I was burned out, lot of stress, negative attitude and thoughts, lack of joy in my career. Maybe this is what caused it.
