everyone is different and just cause you arent experiencing all the sympttoms doesnt mean that your body is doing well.

It's a good point to make but you are assuming that everyone with a thyroid disorder overeats and eats the wrong things. Also, that we haven't changed our diets. I know someone who gained 90 pounds in 1 year while exersizing and eating ''healthy foods'' everyday. What's wrong with her?

Don't be frustrated with us for having trouble, just be glad you don't.
