Just as the title says ;P Jarrow makes great products. The product a 1,000mcg and a 5,000mcg of sublingual in the active form of B12, methylcobalamin. The other ingredients are xylitol, lemon flavoring, citric acid and stearic acid as a binder for the tablet. There are a number of companies that sell it online such as these companies: http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Methyl-B-12-1000-mcg-100-Lozenges/129?at=1 http://www.nutritiondome.com/b5000.html Keep in mind that you do not need to supplement B12 on a regular basis. The liver stores an average 2 to 6 year supply of B12.
I am curious if anyone here knows of a good subligual (disolved under the tongue to bypass digestion and go straight to the blood) b12 supplement that isn't made using any of the common food allergies such as wheat, dairy, corn, soy, eggs etc?
Also no addatives, except for whatever enzymes might be necessary if any.
It would be extremely helpful if someone could point me to a website or brand please. Thanks in advance ;P
