I was reading Clark and she makes a comment that if you dont use help to sleep "that " night you will have the longest night etc...I have big fascination with Clark and I trust everything she sayd. So, it took me few months to get in the "mood" to try...
I did everything by the book.I liked the taste of oil/red grapefruit combo,lol. I slept like a baby all night. No pain whatsover. The day of,the next day and since then...

I am in for a long run, late bloomer here... I will be doing many of these so I am sure I will try various kinds of Liver-Flush .
